温经止痛巴布剂对痛经模型小鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的评价温经止痛巴布剂的止痛效果。方法建立小鼠痛经模型,考察温经止痛巴布剂对小鼠扭体次数和扭体潜伏期的影响,从而评价其疗效。结果温经止痛巴布剂可显著地减少痛经小鼠的扭体次数,且随剂量的增加而增强,凝胶膏剂中的挥发油经β-环糊精包合与未包合组的疗效无明显区别。结论温经止痛巴布剂具有明显的止痛作用,可用于痛经的治疗,处方中挥发油可采用β-环糊精包合,以增强稳定性和改善气味。Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect of Wenjingzhitong cataplasma. Methods Dysmenorrhea model mice were given Wenjingzhitong cataplasma for 3 days. The writhing frequency within 15 minutes and incubation period of mice were investigated on the 12th day after injecting of oxytocin. Results Wenjingzhitong cataplasma reduced the writhing frequency obviously,and the analgesic effects were related to the dose. Besides,the analgesic effect of Wenjingzhitong cataplasma do not reduce as volatile oil was included with β-CD. Conclusion Wenjingzhitong cataplasma was available to the treatment of dysmenorrhea,and it is suitable to prepared volatile oil inclusion.
