PREVI Isola型自动平板划线接种仪在痰培养中的应用价值评估

摘　　要：目的 评价PREVI Isola型自动接种仪处理痰标本的实验室应用价值.方法 随机选取住院患者90份合格痰同时进行手工划线法和PREVI Isola型自动接种仪自动划线法对照试验,观察分离效果,评估PREVI Isola型自动接种仪使用价值.结果 自动接种法分离获得单个菌落数明显高于手工划线法[（20±10.5）个/平板vs（9.0±4.4）个/平板],比较差异有统计学意义（t=13.565,P＜0.001）;自动接种法阳性标本中需二次分离的标本所占比例明显低于手工划线法,比较差异有统计学意义（1/58 vs 7/58,P=0.016）;两接种方法最终分离鉴定临床有意义细菌的符合率为100％.结论 PREVI Isola系统自动化平板接种具有更高的单个菌落分离能力,可以减少增菌或分离纯化步骤,节约时间,提高了工作效率.Objective To evaluate the clinical value of automated specimen inoculation for sputum samples by using the PREVI Isola System.Methods 90 qualified sputum samples were collected randomly in hospital,and they were carried out contrast test by using the Previ Isola System compared to manual inoculation simultaneously.The separating effect was ob served,and to evaluate the value of automated specimen inoculation for sputum samples by using the Previ Isola System.Results The numbers of colony obtained by automated specimen inoculation were higher obviously than manual inoculation [（20±10.5）/flat plate vs （9.0±4.4）/flat plate,t =13.565,P＜0.001].The ratio on requirement again with isolated cul ture by automated specimen inoculation were lower obviously than manual inoculation （1/58 vs 7/58,P 0.016）.The coin cidence of isolated strain bewteen automated specimen inoculation and manual inoculation was 100％.Conclusion Automa ted specimen inoculation by using the PREVI Isola System had higher separating power on obtaining single colony.It may reduce bacterium amplification or separating procedure,conserve time and elevate efficiency.
