西安地区慢性荨麻疹和慢性湿疹患者变应原检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的 了解西安地区慢性荨麻疹和慢性湿疹患者食物组常见变应原检测情况.方法 选取2005年5月-2013年7月陕西省友谊医院皮肤科和变态反应科门诊510例慢性荨麻疹和慢性湿疹患者,采用点刺试验进行食物组变应原检测,并对实验结果进行统计学分析.结果 273例慢性荨麻疹患者变应原检测阳性率分别是：虾42.9％、淡水鱼34.1％、鸡蛋26.4％、海鱼26.0％、蘑菇22.7％等;237例慢性湿疹患者变应原检测阳性率分别是：虾27.0％,海鱼23.2％、鸡蛋20.7％、淡水鱼19.0％、羊肉16.0％等.两组患者食物组变应原阳性率分别为51.3％,46.4％,差异无统计学意义（χ^2=1.02,P＞0.05）;两组虾阳性率分别为42.9％,27.0％,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=13.24,P＜0.05）.结论 慢性荨麻疹和慢性湿疹对多种常见食物变应原有阳性反应,在临床治疗中积极干预,对疾病的防治能起到一定的作用.Objective To understand the test results of the common allergen on patients in the food group with Chronic Urticaria and Chronic Eczema in Xi＇an.Methods Reviewed the results of prick tests applied to test food allergen upon 510 patients with Chronic Urticaria and Chronic Eczema from May.2005 to July.2013 at the Department of Dermatology and the Department of Allergy of Shaanxi Friendship Hospital.This paper made a statistic analysis of the test results.Results Among 273 cases with chronic urticaria,the highest positive rates were 42.9 %,34.1 %,26.4%,26.0 %,22.7 % in those eating shrimp,freshwater fish,eggs,sea-fish and mushroom respectively.In contrast,the positive reaction rates of patients suffering from Chronic Eczema were 27.0%,23.2%,20.7%,19.0%,16.0% in those eating shrimp,sea-fish,eggs,freshwater fish and mutton respectively.The positive rates of allergens in the food group were 51.3% with 140 cases and 46.4% with 110 cases respectively,and there was not statistical significance （χ^2 =1.02,P〉0.05）.The postive rates of patients ＇ reaction to shrimp were 42.9% and 27.0% respectively,displaying statistical significance （χ^2 =13.24,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with Chronic Urticaria and Chronic Eczema react postively to various food allergens.With active intervention in clinical treatment,the prevention and cure of the disease can be realized.
