延安地区葡萄球菌感染状况调查及耐药性分析

摘　　要：目的 调查分析延安地区葡萄球菌感染状况及耐药特点,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据.方法 回顾性分析延安大学附属医院2012年1月-2013年12月临床送检的合格标本中分离出的葡萄球菌的分布和耐药性.结果 2012年分离出葡萄球菌701株,占病原菌28.26％;2013年分离出葡萄球菌600株,占病原菌25.60％.所有葡萄球菌对利奈唑胺和万古霉素耐药率为0％,对辛内吉的耐药率均小于9％;青霉素、红霉素、头孢唑啉、左氧氟沙星的耐药率呈明显上升趋势.结论 葡萄球菌感染比较普遍,感染率呈下降趋势;但对常用抗菌药物耐药率显著上升且存在多重耐药性,应引起医护人员重视,加强葡萄球菌监测,根据药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物.Objective To study the distribution and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus in a hospital,and provide the basis for clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents.Methods The distribution and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus which were isolated from clinical samples form Jan.2012 to Dec.2013 in obstetrical department of Affiliated Hospital of Yan＇an University were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 2012,701 strains of Staphylococcusaureus had been detected,accounted for 28.26％ of pathogenic bacteria.In 2013,600 strains of Staphylococcus aureus had been detected,accounted for 25.60 ％ of pathogenic bacteria.Resistant rates of all the Staphylococcus aureus to Linezolid and vancomycin were 0 ％,and resistant rates of them to Synercid were less than 9％.Resistant rates of Penicillin,Erythromycin,Cefazolin,Levofloxacin shown an obvious increase.Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus infection is common,and infection rates showed an obvious decrease.But they have wide ranging drug resistance and multi resistance principally to common used antibiotics,which should be paid attention to medical staff.The Staphylococcus aureus surveillance should be strengthen,according to the result of drug susceptibility,antimicrobial agents should be used rationally.
