新中国成立以来中国共产党培养党政干部的基本思想

摘　　要：新中国成立以来,中国共产党提出了一系列培养党政干部的思想。这些思想为执政党培养千千万万优秀的党政干部提供了理论支撑和思想来源。归纳起来,共产党培养党政干部的基本思想主要有五个方面。一是成为社会主义事业接班人是培养的核心目标;二是坚持为人民服务是培养的价值归宿;三是始终提倡德才兼备的培养标准;四是把理论学习和实践培养作为培养的主要方式;五是把机制体制建设作为培养的根本保障。以上从培养目标、价值、标准、方式、制度保障等几个方面较为全面地反映了共产党培养党政干部的基本思想。Since the founding of New China,the Communist Party of China put forward a series of the idea about training party cadres.These ideas of the ruling party training thousands of outstanding party cadres provided theoretical and ideological sources.To sum up,the basic idea of the Communist Party training party cadres,there are five aspects.First,becoming successors of socialism is to develop core objectives.Second,insisting on serving the people is to develop value destination.Third,it always advocates training standards is both ability and integrity.Fourth,The theoretical study and practical culture as the main way of culture.Fifth,the fundamental guarantee is building institutional and mechanisms.The above aspects of the target from the training target,values,standards,methods,system guarantee,comprehensively reflect on the basic ideas of the Communist Party training party cadres.
