摘　　要：目的：研究有毒中药附子的化学成分.方法：采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、中压MCI柱色谱、制备液相等方法分离纯化,通过其理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构.结果：从附子中分离得到了10个化合物,分别鉴定为尼奥灵（1）、附子灵（2）、异塔拉萨定（3）、8-乙氧基-14-苯甲酰基中乌头碱（4）、苯甲酰新乌头碱（5）、芝麻素（6）、表芝麻素（7）、异落叶松脂素（8）、亚油酸（9）、β-fruf（2→6）-α-glu（10）.结论：化合物6～10为首次从该中药中分离得到.Objective：To investigate the chemical constituents of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata.Method：The constituents were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 gel,medium-pressure MCI columns and HPLC,and their structures were identified by chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses.Result：Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as neoline （1）,fuziline （2）,isotalatizidine （3）,8-OEt-14-benzoylmesaconine （4）,14-benzoyaconitine （5）,sesamin （6）,episesamin （7）,isolariciresinol （8）,linoleic acid （9）,β-fruf （2→6）-α-glu （10）.Conclusion：Compounds 6-10 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
