摘  要:研究了以混合二甲苯为溶剂,亚硫酸钠为还原剂,从α-亚硝基-β-萘酚钴渣中溶解并沉淀亚硫酸钴,再用盐酸浸出得到氯化钴溶液。试验结果表明:每15.12g钴渣需混合二甲苯200mL,亚硫酸钠3.27g,蒸馏水40mL,还原回流时间2h,浸出剂为1.0mol/L盐酸25mL,浸出时间约1h;最佳条件下,钴的单次浸出率为87.48%;氯化钴溶液经H2O2氧化除铁、P204萃取除杂得到纯度较高的钴溶液,用草酸铵沉淀并煅烧后制得氧化钴产品。Using mixed xylene as solvent,sodium sulfite as reducing agent,cobalt inα-nitroso-β-naphthol cobalt residue was dissolved and precipitated as cobalt sulfite.Then the precipitation was leached using hydrochloric acid to obtain cobalt chloride solution.The results show that cobalt of leaching from 15.12 g cobalt slag,it is need that mixed xylene of 200 mL,sodium sulfite of 3.27 g,water of 40 mL.Under the optimum leaching conditions of reduction reflux time of 2h,hydrochloric acid(1.0mol/L)of 25 mL,leaching time of 1h,one-stage leaching,leaching of cobalt is 87.48%.Cobalt chloride solution was purified by using hydrogen peroxide to remove iron,and P204 to eliminate other impurities.The cobalt product is obtained using ammonium oxalate to precipitate from purified cobalt chloride solution and by calcination process.
