摘　　要：本文针对我国南方淀粉生产企业淀粉自动定量装袋存在的问题,介绍一种由称重传感器、A/D转换器、单片机和变频器组合控制的淀粉定量装袋系统,详细阐述了淀粉定量装袋系统硬件的组成和软件的设计思路。实践表明:该系统结构简单,软件实现容易、操作方便,运行可靠、成本较低,特别适合小型淀粉生产企业,具有很好的应用推广价值。Aiming at resolving the problem on the automatic starch weighing and bagging of manufacturers at southern China, weighing and bagging system that was composed of weighing sensor, A/D convertor, micro controller unit and frequency converter was introduced. And its hardware composition and software design theory were expounded. Practice showed that this system had features of simple structure, practical software, handy operation, stable running and low cost which was suitable to the small manufacture of starch. It is wealth to be promoted into practical application.
