摘 要:目的:探讨维持性血液透析患者科学全程的康复教育模式。方法选择2013年3-7月在血液透析室进行维持性血液透析治疗的尿毒症患者80例为研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组接受常规治疗和护理,观察组在接受常规治疗和护理基础上进行三段式康复教育干预,干预时间为12周。干预前后对两组患者进行疾病相关知识测评,同时测量干预前后患者的生化指标。结果观察组患者干预后对疾病知识掌握方面,血液透析原理、用药知识、饮食原则、血管通路护理、透析充分性回答正确例次分别为32,25,37,35,19次,分别高于对照组的26,20,30,34,9次,差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为2.56,2.03,4.50,2.11,5.50;P<0.01)。干预后观察组患者的肌酐、尿素氮及血红蛋白含量分别为(204.18±24.85)μmol/L、(14.46±5.13)mmol/L,(98.68±13.72)g/L,分别优于对照组的(426.42±71.37)μmol/L、(20.64±9.65)mmol/L、(78.64±12.71)g/L,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为6.11,6.04,7.69;P<0.01)。结论通过三段式康复教育模式对维持性血透透析患者实施干预,可提高患者对血液透析相关知识的了解,有效提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the scientific rehabilitation education mode for maintenance hemodialysis patients .Methods Eighty patients with uremia were selected as the research object and divided into the control group and the observation group , from March to July 2013 .The control group accepted routine treatment and nursing , while the observation group received three-stage rehabilitation education intervention on the basis of conventional therapy and nursing for twelve weeks .The disease related knowledge and measure biochemical indicators of two groups before and after the intervention were evaluated .Results After intervention, the number of patients of correct answer to the mastery of the disease knowledge ,including blood dialysis principle , the principle of medication knowledge , diet nursing , care of blood vessel passageway , dialysis adequacy was 32, 25, 37, 35 and 19, respectively, in the observation group.Those numbers in the control group were 26, 20, 30, 34 and 9.The differences were statistically significant (χ2 =2.56, 2.03, 4.50, 2.11, 5.50, respectively;P〈0.01).The creatinine, urea nitrogen and hemoglobin were (204.18 ± 24.85)μmol/L,(14.46 ±5.13) mmol/L and (98.68 ±13.72) g/L in the observation group, which were significantly better than (426.42 ±71.37)μmol/L, (20.64 ±9.65)mmol/L and (78.64 ±12.71)g/L in the control group, and the differences were statistically significantly ( t=6.11, 6.04, 7.69, respectively;P 〈0.01).Conclusions Though the three-stage rehabilitation education mode , patients can improve the understanding of the knowledge related to hemodialysis and the quality of life .
