传统杨氏太极拳防病治病的健身功效——以辽宁省辽阳市白塔区太极拳研究会为例

摘  要:文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和综合分析法,对辽阳市白塔区150个太极拳站点,2000人进行了调查。结果显示:第一练习太极拳能够预防和治疗类风湿、心绞痛;第二练习太极拳能够预防和治疗静脉炎、动脉硬化、脉管炎;第三练习太极拳能够提高睡眠质量;第四练习太极拳能够预防和治疗糖尿病;第五练习太极拳能够预防和治疗乳腺癌;第六练习太极拳能够预防和治疗锁骨骨尖肿瘤;第七练习太极拳能够预防和治疗月经不调、内分泌失调等妇科病;第八练习太极拳能够预防和治疗高血压;第九练习太极拳能够预防和治疗颈椎、心脏、胃病;第十练习太极拳能真正起到延缓衰老。目的是揭示练习太极拳防病治病的健身功效,为太极拳爱好者提供访谈实例,提高太极拳在全民健身中的作用。This Thesis does the survey and study of traditional Yang Style Tai Chi fitness effect with the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and statistics, about 2000 people in the 150 practicing stations in Baita District of Liaoyang City. After the investigations and analysis, this thesis finds out that: (1) practicing Tai Chi can prevent and treat rheumatoid and stenocardia; (2) practicing Tai Chi can prevent and treat Phlebitis, Arteriosclerosis, Vasculitis; (3) practicing Tai Chi can enhance sleep effect; (4) practicing Tai Chi can prevent and treat Diabetes; (5) practicing Tai Chi can prevent and treat Breast Cancer; (6) practicing Tai Chi can prevent and treat Clavicular Bone Tumor; (7) practicing Tai Chi can prevent and treat Irregular Menstruation, Endocrine Dyscrasia, Gynopathy;(8) practicing Tai Chi can prevent and treat high blood pressure; (9) practicing Tai Chi can prevent and treat cervical vertebra, heart, stomach illnesses; (10) practicing Tai Chi can delaying senescence effect. The aim practitioners and improve the fitness role ofTai Chi in National of the study is to offer some examples for Tai Chi Fitness prom'am.
