摘 要:针对主动配电网市场化运营的问题,研究市场环境下的主动配电网运营模式,并对主动配电网市场参与主体的目标进行分析。基于多代理系统在主动配电网中的设计应用,设计考虑线路容量的主动配电网主体实时竞价模式。通过对竞价曲线变化方法的阐述,分析基于容量管理这一技术指标与基于市场清算价格这一经济指标所得的两个目标的均衡优化过程。通过算例分析,利用考虑容量管理的竞价曲线变换方法的主动配电网实时竞价运营模式与未利用该方法的主动配电网相比,有效地限制了功率峰值的出现,并且使得负荷曲线更加平整,同时降低了线损率。Aimed at the market-oriented operation of the active distribution network, the operation model of active distribution network under the market environment was researched, and the objective of market participant of active distribution network was analyzed. Based on the design application of multi-agent system in the active distribution network, the real-time bidding mode of actors of active distribution network was designed with consideration of the line capacity. Through the elaboration to the transformation of bid curve, the equilibrium optimization process of two objectives obtained from the capacity management-based technical indicator and market liquidation price-based economic indicator was analyzed. Through case analysis, the real-time bid operation mode of active distribution network considering the bid curve transformation of capacity management is compared with the active distribution network not using this method, the result shows the proposed method can effectively limit the occurring of peak values and make the load curve smoother while reducing the line loss rate.
