摘 要:电网在线故障诊断基于调度自动化平台的遥信信息构建模型,建模过程复杂,维护工作繁重,是制约故障诊断系统在线应用的重要问题。结合调度自动化系统获得遥信信息的特点,提出一种采用语义分析技术的电网遥信信息解析方法。通过字符分解自动提取遥信信息中诊断模型所需基本逻辑变量;基于结线分析建立电气设备与断路器的关联,以及遥信信息间的关联关系,并将其一一对应到解析系;在此基础上,根据保护跳闸原则与保护类型和属性完成模型的解析规则中,实现遥信信息到诊断模型的自动映射,简化了建模工作。最后用某地区电网实际发生的故障案例验证了所提出方法在电网故障诊断方面的有效性和实用性。Alarm information obtained trader supervisory control and data acquisition systems is the basis of building a model for power grid online fault diagnosis. The main problems restricting the online application of power grid fault diagnosis are the complex modeling process and heavy maintenance requirements. Combined with the feature of alarm information acquired from the electric power dispatching automation system, this paper proposed an analytic method for power grid alarm systems using semantic analysis. The method can automatically extract the basic logic variables from alarm information by character decomposition. Based on connection analysis, the associated relation among electrical devices, circuit breakers and alarm information was built, which was corresponded to the analytical system. According to the relay protection tripping principle and the types and properties of relay protection, the associated relation between alarm information was automatically established. This relationship was coupled with the analytic rules of the model, which realized the automatic mapping from alarm information to fault diagnosis and simplified the modeling work. Finally, based on a practical fault case that occurred in a regional power grid, the validity and practicality of the proposed method for online fault diagnosis was verified.
