卡泊芬净治疗重症患者侵袭性真菌感染(IFI)的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：分析采取卡泊芬净治疗重症患者侵袭性真菌感染的临床效果。方法选取2012年2月～2013年2月中山市人民医院收治的重症患者80例，进行回顾性分析。结果患者确诊治疗总有效率、临床诊断有效率、拟诊有效率分别为73.33%、73.33%和50.00%，真菌清除率为25.00%，真菌替换率为5.56%。患者中共检出145株真菌，非白念珠菌中76株，白色念珠菌60株，烟曲霉菌96.21株（4.16%）。患者不良反应发生率为7.50%。结论卡泊芬净治疗重症患者侵袭性真菌感染，不良反应发生率低，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the mooring Finn net card in patients with severe invasive fungal infection （IFI） in the treatment effect. Methods To collect from February 2012 fo February 2013 in the hospital treated 80 cases of severe patients with clinical data,were retrospectively analyzed. Results Diagnosis treatment in patients with total effective,efficient clinical diagnosis,examination effectiveness were 73.33%,73.33%,73.33%,fungal clearance rate was 25.00%,fungal replacement rate of 5.56%. Patients with the communist party of China （check out the 122 strains of fungi,62 strains of calbicans,53 strains of candida albicans,7 strains aspergillus smoke （4.16%）.The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.50%. Conclusion Mooring Finn net card treatment in severe patients with invasive fungal infections,lower incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.
