摘  要:以花岗岩尾矿为主要原料制备CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃,用DSC、XRD和SEM等手段研究了Fe2O3和ZrO2对微晶玻璃析晶行为的影响。结果显示,Fe2O3可以降低玻璃转变温度和析晶峰温度,促进玻璃析晶,而ZrO2的作用正好相反,抑制玻璃析晶。不添加任何晶核剂以及分别添加4%ZrO2和4%Fe2O3的样品均以表面析晶为主,析出的主晶相为斜长石。同时添加4%ZrO2和4%Fe2O3的样品在770℃核化,920℃晶化后出现整体析晶,析出的主晶相为透辉石,次晶相为尖晶石和镁黄长石。The effect of Fe2O3 and ZrO2 on the crystallization behavior of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass ceramics prepared from granite tailings was investigated by DSC, XRD and SEM. The results showed that Fe2O3 could decrease the glass transition temperature and crystallization peak temperature, and promote the crystallization process, while ZrO2 had the opposite effects. In these glass samples without any additives, with 4% Fe2O3 and 4% ZrO2, surface crystallization was dominant, which the main crystalline phase was plagioclase. The simultaneous addition of 4% Fe2O3 and 4% ZrO2 induced bulk crystallization. The main crystalline phase detected in the bulk after a two stage heat treatment at 770 ℃ and 920 ℃ was diopside, and minor crystalline phases were spinel and akermanite.
