摘 要:针对快速成型中对零件添加支撑结构的需求,设计一种新型支撑自动生成的算法。该算法首先建立STL模型拓扑结构,然后识别提取待支撑区域,最后设计相应支撑结构,最终用Visual Studio 2005和OpenGL图形工具开发出自动添加支撑的程序来验证算法,结果表明该算法能实现对零件自动添加准确有效的支撑。new support generation algorithm was proposed to meet the need of adding support for rapid prototyping. Firstly, topology of Stereolithography (STL) models was built. Secondly, after recognizing the region where requires support, the support structure was designed according to the region. Finally, with Visual Studio 2005 and OpenGL graphics tools, a kind of software which can automatically add the support structure was developed to verify the algorithm. The result shows that the algorithm can add exact and effective support for parts automatically.
