摘 要:工程船舶作为长江航道日常疏浚维护工作的主要承担者,对保障全流域通航活动的正常进行起着举足轻重的作用。文中通过运用多级库存控制理论去优化传统库存控制,在保障供给的同时又将费用降到最低,并针对各类施工任务中工程船舶提供所需备品备件,减少供应不及时所导致的停工待修情况出现。Engineering ships as the main undertakers of Yangtze River waterway dredging maintenance activities makes an import role in keeping the safety of whole basin navigation. This paper aims to using multistage inventory control theory to optimize traditional inventory control method, at the same time, the spare parts supply is guaranteed and the cost is kept in the lowest level. Moreover, in accordance with all kinds of construction task types to ensure the spare parts supply to satisfy engineering ships demand, and reduce the situation of shutdown unattended which is resulted by spare parts supply not in time.
