摘 要:基于光纤光栅传感原理,设计了一种双光纤光栅对称布置的膜片式加速度传感器。阐述了传感器的结构和工作原理,理论推导出固有频率和灵敏度的计算公式,并通过实验对传感器的灵敏度和幅频响应特性进行了测试。试验结果表明:此加速度传感器的横向干扰度小于10%,固有频率可达204Hz,灵敏度为53.56pm/g,与理论分析结果相符合。所设计的传感器可应用于大型结构健康监测等领域。According to fiber bragg grating (FBG) sensing principle, a novel diaphragm accelerometer with two FBGs at symmetric collocation was designed in this paper. The structure and working principle of the sensor were demonstrated. The formulas of natural frequency and sensitivity were deduced theoretically. The sensitivity and the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of the accelerometer were tested experimentally. The experiment results show that FBG sensor's transverse interference is less than 10%, the natural frequency is 204 Hz, and the sensitivity is 53. 56 ppm/ g, which agrees well with the theoretical analysis. This sensor is a good candidate for health monitoring of large structures and so on.
