摘 要:首先考察在添加剂质量分数为4%时,乙醇与丙烯酸甲酯质量比(简称配比)分别为10∶1、5∶1、2.5∶1、1∶1、1∶2.5、1∶5、1∶10时混合添加剂对生物油稳定性的影响,发现混合添加剂的较佳配比为1∶1。之后,通过向生物油中分别加入质量分数为4%、8%、12%、16%、20%的配比为1∶1的混合添加剂,考察生物油在25℃条件下储存42 d的理化性质变化规律,研究在较佳配比下不同质量分数混合添加剂对生物油稳定性的影响。结果表明,在混合添加剂的配比为1∶1,添加质量分数为12%,未储存时,含添加剂的生物油的运动粘度为9.52 mm2/s,是空白组(17.40 mm2/s)的54.71%;储存42 d后,含添加剂的生物油运动粘度为11.01 mm2/s,其储存过程中运动粘度的上升速率(0.0355 mm2/(s·d))为空白组生物油运动粘度上升速率(0.0820 mm2/(s·d))的43.30%,说明混合添加剂能显著提高生物油的储存稳定性。气相色谱-质谱联用及傅里叶变换红外光谱分析结果表明:生物油中羧基聚合物,烷烃及酮、醛、羧酸的含量较高,储存后参与老化反应消失的物质主要归属于苯酚类、羧酸类、醇类及酮类4类。The effects of mixed additive made at different mass ratios of ethanol to methyl acrylate, namely, 10: 1, 5:1, 2.5: 1, 1:1, 1:2.5, 1:5, 1: 10, respectively, at the dose of 4% on the stability of bio-oil were firstly investigated. The results showed that the better ratio of mixed additive was 1: 1. The mixed additives at different dose including 4%, 8%, 12%, 16%, 20% at mass ratios of ethanol to methyl acrylate of 1 : 1 were added into the bio-oils, and the changes of physicochemical properties of bio-oils during the 42 d· s storage period under 25 ℃ were investigated. The results showed that when the ratio of mixed additive and the dose of additive were 1:1 and 12%, respectively, the kinematic viscosity of the bio-oil mixed with additives without storage was 9.52 mm2/s, which is 54. 71% of the kinematic viscosity of the control group ( 17.40 mm2/s). After storage for 42 d, the kinematic viscosity of the bio-oil mixed with additive was 11.01 mm2/s, and increase rate of the kinematic viscosity (0. 0355 mm2/(s·d) ) was 43.30% of that of the kinematic viscosity of the control group (0. 0820 mm2/(s·d) ). This indicates that the mixed additive can improve the storage stability of bio-oil significantly. The results of the GC- MS and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy analysis showed that the contents of carboxyl polymers, alkanes and ketones, aldehydes, earboxylic acid were high in the bio-oil. The disappeared substances in the bio-oil after storage were mainly phenols, carboxylie acids, alcohols and ketones.
