负载型乙酸锌催化1,2-丙二醇与二氧化碳合成碳酸丙烯酯反应性能

摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了负载量15%的Zn(OAc)2/SiO2催化剂,并对其催化CO2与1,2-丙二醇(PG)合成碳酸丙烯酯(PC)的反应性能进行了研究。在反应温度160℃、反应时间4h、CO2初始压力3.0MPa、催化剂用量2.5%、乙腈/PG摩尔比为1.8∶1条件下,PG转化率为18.2%,PC收率为10.2%,选择性为56.0%。通过GC-MS定性分析确定主要副产物为乙酰胺、1,2-丙二醇-2-乙酸酯和1,2-丙二醇二乙酸酯。XRD和BET分析和活性评价表明:Zn(OAc)2/SiO2存在一定程度的活性组分流失。Impregnation method was adopted to prepare SiO2 - supported zinc acetate catalyst and itscatalytic performance for synthesizing propylene carbonate (PC) from carbon dioxide and 1,2-propylene glycol(PG) was studied. The PG conversion, PC yield and selectivity could be 18.2%, 10.2 % and 56% respectively when the reaction temperature was 160 ℃, reaction time was 4 h, CO2 initial pressure was 3.0 MPa, catalyst weight percentage was 2.5% and molar ratio of acetonitrile (AN) to PG was 1.8.1. The main side products were known as acetamide, 1,2-propylene glycol acetate and 1, 2-propylene glycol diacetate which was identified by GC-MS analysis. Combining the catalytic performance data and the results of XRD and BET analyses, the active component of the supported zinc acetate catalysts is still lost in the reaction to some degree.
