摘 要:在桩端后注浆钻孔灌注桩的设计纳入规范之前,已有不少工程实例采用了此种施工工艺,当时其极限承载力计算主要依据地方经验及设计研究成果。选取多项工程实例,分别依据某单位设计研究成果、全国《建筑桩基技术规范》(JGJ 94—2008)和上海市《地基基础设计规范》(DGJ 08-11—2010)来计算、比较各种计算方法单桩极限承载力和单桩注浆量的计算结果。分析结果表明,各种计算方法虽有差异,但单桩极限承载力的计算结果接近,均可作为估算单桩极限承载力的依据;而单桩注浆量的计算结果差异稍大,应根据规范要求及地方经验选取,并控制好注浆终止条件。Before the design of pile-end post-grouting bored piles was taken into the formal specification, many engineering examples had used this technique. The calculation of the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile was based on the local experience and the research achievements of local design institutes. Several project examples were selected to compare the calculation results of the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile and the grouting volume of single pile according to the research achievements of the local design institute, Technical code for building pile foundation ( JGJ 94--2008 ) , and Foundation design code of Shanghai( DGJ 08-11--2010) respectively. Analysis results show that the various calculating methods are different, but the values of the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile calculated by the methods are close and the calculation methods can be used as the basis of ultimate bearing capacity of single pile. The calculating results of the grouting volume of single pile have a slightly large difference and should be selected according to the specification requirements and local experience under the condition that the grouting termination condition is well controlled.
