摘　　要：目的:了解西宁地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染基因亚型分布及年龄特点。方法:采用凯普医用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术(Hybrimax),对8 700名2009年8月—2011年12月在我院就诊的女性进行生殖道21种HPV感染基因亚型筛查。结果:8 700名女性HPV感染率为16.1%,其感染率随年龄增长而呈下降趋势(P<0.05),HPV感染以单一感染为主,占76.4%,多重感染占23.6%。结论:西宁地区女性HPV感染以单一型为主,符合亚洲人群分布规律。Objective： To analyze the characteristics of the infective gene subtype of papilloma virus（ HPV） distribution and age in the region of Xining. Method： The technology of Cape medical nucleic acids molecular rapid diversion（ Hybrimax） hybrid gene chip was used to detect 21 kinds of HPV infective gene subtype in women reproductive tract for 8700 outpatients in our hospital from August 2009 to December 2011. Results： Total infective rate in 8 700 HPV women was16. 1% and 21 kinds of genetic subtypes were detected. Subtypes 16 was occupied the highest infection rate,other common subtype in order was 52,18,53,31,33,11,39,51,6,respectively. The single infective rate was 76. 4% and the multiple infective rate was 23. 6%. There was a tendency showed that HPV infective rate gradually decreased along with the growth of age and there was a significant difference in HPV infective rate in different ages（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions： The common genetic subtypes of cervical HPV infection in the region of Xining is in accordance with the Asian＇s regularity of the distribution. But there shows a certain locality,the age of infecting HPV is mainly under 36 years old.
