摘 要:提出一种采用高强复合螺旋箍筋约束混凝土、外包钢板箍、横穿栓筋连接的新型装配整体式柱。通过不同轴压比下2个装配整体式柱与2个现浇整体柱的拟静力试验对比,证明装配整体式柱抗震性能良好、节点连接安全可靠,可以代替现浇整体柱。试验过程中发现装配整体式柱外包钢板箍受力较小、设计较保守,在一定程度上造成了材料的浪费。利用ABAQUS软件建立了装配整体式柱的三维模型,采用优化设计的方法,在相同荷载和边界条件下,通过不断调整钢板箍的长度和厚度参数,得出既安全又经济的钢板箍尺寸,达到优化装配整体式柱连接的目的。A new kind of assembly integrated column, composed of high-strength compound spiral stirrups restrained core concrete, exterior steel plate hoop and penetrated bolt bar for connection, was put forward. Two assembly integrated columns were compared with two east-in-place columns under different axial pressure ratios in pseudo-static tests. Results show that the new kind of assembly integrated column can replace the cast-in-place column due to its well seismic performance and reliable connection. During the test, it made a certain amount of waste because of the small force of exterior steel plate hoop and the conservative design. The ABAQUS software was used to set up 3D model for the assembly integrated column. Under the same loads and boundary conditions, the method of optimization design was used to obtain a more safe and economic size of steel plate hoop through constantly adjustment of the length and thickness parameters of the steel plate hoop and finally to obtain an optimized assembly integrated column connection.
