摘　　要：目的：探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅣ型骨折的临床应用。方法：回顾性分析2010-12-2013-06采取锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅣ型骨折15例的手术方法,观察其近期疗效。结果：所有病例均获随访8~24月,平均15.4个月。骨折均达骨性愈合,患肢功能根据手术疗效按Merchant评分标准。优8例,良5例,可2例。优良率为86.7%。结论：锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅣ型骨折,疗效满意。Objective： To discussion of the clinical application of posteromedial approach locking plate fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures of Schatzker type Ⅳ. Method：A retrospective analysis from 2010 December to 2013 June was taken to analysis the efficacy of posteromedial approach locking tibial plateau fractures plate fixation in the treatment of 15 cases of Schatzker type Ⅳ patients. Conclusion： The curative effect of posteromedial approach locking plate fixation of tibial platform Schatzker type Ⅳ fracture is satisfactory.
