摘　　要：极端宗教组织"伊扎布特"利用各种方式和媒介,蛊惑、拉拢新疆等地的信教群众,煽动和组织暴力恐怖犯罪活动,严重危害了我国的国家安全和社会稳定。"伊扎布特"活动猖獗,与复杂的国际环境密不可分,新疆地区独特的地缘环境和民族宗教结构也为其渗透提供了便利条件。国内强有力的打防态势,能够很好地遏制其发展蔓延。同时需通过强化宣传、加强管理、深化国际司法合作等方式,严厉打击"伊扎布特"违法犯罪活动。Through various means and media, the religious extremist organization＂Hizbut Tahrir＂ instigated and organized violent terrorist crimes by witching and ingratiating religious believers in Xinjiang and other places, greatly endangering our national security and social stability. The rampant activities of the Organization is closely related to the complicated international environment and the unique geographical environment and religious structure in Xinjiang facilitate its permeation. Although strong domestic striking proves to be a sound way to curb its sprend, we still need to strengthen publicity and management, improve international judicial cooperation so that crack down on the illegal and criminal activities of ＂Hizbut Tahrir＂can be carried out more effectively.
