签名笔迹检验的实践研究

摘　　要：针对签名笔迹检验字迹数量较少的客观问题,设法提高可供检验用的检材字迹内容和数量,其实践性对策有检验人员对检材字迹对象扩展到如落款日期、单位等字迹,观察借条和收条等文书的其余部分手写字迹,通过查阅卷宗发现与检验要求相关的字迹,系统检验多份检材上的字迹是否为同一人所为,以期客观、可靠地做出评断意见。The identification of signature handwriting is always a very difficult issue for handwritings revealing writing habits left for identification are small numbers or just a few characters. In order to solve this problem, with the judicial practices, the paper points out that we may extend the amount of the detected words in verification to date, unit and handwritings related to what is concerned in the files to check comprehensively whether the writing is done by a same person in the purpose of making an objective and persuasive judgment.
