针刺联合溴隐亭治疗特发性高催乳素血症不孕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针药结合治疗特发性高催乳素血症不孕的疗效及副反应。方法:特发性高催乳素血症不孕患者共60例,随机方法分为两组各30例。对照组服用溴隐亭治疗,治疗3个月后无排卵,可加用克罗米芬促排;治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用针刺治疗,取穴气海、关元、足三里、三阴交、太冲、太溪、蠡沟。结果:治疗半年后,两组PRL均下降至正常,时间比较结果无差异(P>0.05);E2、P、FSH激素水平全部恢复正常的时间以及药物副反应两项的比较上,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组妊娠率为43.3%,对照组妊娠率为20.0%(P>0.05)。结论:针药合用,不仅能取得稳定疗效,还能减少单用西药的副作用,提高妊娠率,比单用西药好。Objective：To observe the efficacy and side effects on the treatment with acupuncture and bro-mocriptine of special HPL in infertile women .Methods：60 infertile women with special HPL were divided ran-domly into two groups .The control group was taken Bromocriptine , plus with clomiphene if not ovulating after three menstrual cycles .The treatment group was based on the therapy of control group plus acupuncturing at points：Qihai,Guanyuan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Taichong,Taixi,Ligou.Results：Six months later, the PRL of two groups was recovered to the normal level ,and there was no difference in the results （P〉0.05）;E2, P and FSH were recovered too , but the treatment group was better than the control group according to the recovery time and secondary reaction （ P0 .05 ） .Conclusion：The combination of acupuncture and bromocriptine has an obvious effect on the special HPL in infertile women compared with taking medicine only .
