圆利针结合蜡疗治疗梨状肌综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察圆利针结合蜡疗治疗梨状肌综合征(MPS)的临床疗效。方法:将50例MPS患者随机分为治疗组25例与对照组25例,治疗组采用圆利针结合蜡疗,对照组仅采用蜡疗,观察疼痛积分、临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后较治疗前疼痛积分均显著降低,治疗组治疗后疼痛积分优于对照组;治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组。结论:圆利针结合蜡疗治疗梨状肌综合征能取得更好的疗效。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of round -sharp needle combined with paraffino thera-py for treating musculi piriformis syndrome （ MPS ） .Methods：50 patients with MPS were randomized into a treatment group （ n=25 ） and a control group （ n=25 ） .The treatment group was administered with round -sharp needle and paraffino therapy while the control group was given with paraffino therapy only .Pain scores and curative effects were observed .Results：Pain scores in both groups were decreased significantly after treat-ment.Pain score in treatment group was superior to that in the control group after treatment;the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group .Conclusion：Round-sharp needle combined with paraffino therapy has a better therapeutic effect on MPS .
