针刺期门影响慢性炎性低张力胆囊运动的时效规律初步观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺期门穴对慢性胆囊炎患者低张力胆囊运动影响的时效规律。方法:B超测定针刺前即时及进针后第5 min、10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min、60 min的量胆囊体积、收缩率,描记针刺期门对胆囊运动影响的时效规律曲线。结果:针刺的最初40 min内胆囊发生2次收缩,并在进针40 min后达到收缩峰值(P<0.05)。结论:针刺期门修复低张力胆囊动力学的最佳留针时间以40 min左右为佳,以每天治疗2次为宜。Objective：To investigate the time-effect relationship on gallbladder dynamic of chronic cholecysti-tis with low tension by acupuncture at Qimen simultaneously .Methods：B-ultrasound determination of gallblad-der volume at 0 min,5 min,10 min,20 min,30 min,40 min,50 min and 60 min after acupuncture ,observe gall-bladder dynamic changes and describe time -effect curve.Results：After acupuncture ,the gallbladder volume showed sinificant systolic changes in the first 40 min,and reached the peak after 40 minutes.Conclusion：The needle retaining time is suggested to be about 40 min and the frequency was two times per day .
