穴位埋线法治疗单纯性肥胖的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线疗法治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法:将80名确诊为单纯性肥胖的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组给予穴位埋线治疗,对照组给予拔罐治疗,1个疗程后统计疗效,并测量两组腰围改变情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为65%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖效果优于拔罐减肥,在临床的可操作性强,值得推广。Objective：To observe the effect of catgut implantation at acupoint on simple obesity .Methods：Eighty cases were randomized into a treatment group and a control group ,with 40 cases in each group .The cat-gut implantation at acupoint was given in the treatment group ,and the cupping was given in the control group . Record the changes of waist circumference and statistical results after one course .Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%and the control group was 65%.The difference between two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion：Catgut implantation at acupoint for simple obesity is better than cupping and it is practical in clinic ,which worths promoting .
