马钱子碱、马钱子粉及九分散抗炎镇痛的药效学比较研究

摘　　要：目的:研究马钱子碱、马钱子粉及九分散的抗炎、镇痛作用,比较单体成分、单味药及复方的药效学作用,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法:采用小鼠热板法、扭体法、耳肿胀法比较马钱子粉、马钱子碱、九分散的抗炎、镇痛作用。结果:马钱子碱可显著提高小鼠疼痛阈值、减少醋酸致痛小鼠扭体次数,其镇痛作用优于马钱子粉和九分散,具有显著性差异(P<0.01),而九分散对二甲苯致炎小鼠耳肿胀的抗炎作用优于马钱子碱及马钱子粉,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:马钱子碱具有显著的镇痛作用,而九分散抗炎作用显著,两者均优于马钱子粉,单体成分与复方各有优势;马钱子碱在镇痛作用上具有明显优势,有望进一步开发成镇痛制剂。Objective：To study anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of brucine , semen strychnine and Jiu -fen san, and to compare the discipline of single medicine , monomer constituent and multi -ingredient prod-ucts in order to provide basis for clinical application .Method：The anti -inflammatory and analgesic effects were investigated with semen strychnine , brucine and Jiu-fen san by hot plate method , writhing body method and ear swollen method in mice .Results：Brucine could significantly increase the pain threshold and reduce the writhing times induced by acetic acid writhing test in mice;analgesic effect of brucine group was superior to that of semen strychnine group and Jiu -fen san group , and the effect of brucine group had a statistically sig-nificant difference compared with the effect of other two groups （P〈0.01）.On the other hand, the anti-in-flammatory inhibition rate of xylene induced ear edema in mice of Jiu -fen san was better than that of other two groups ,and the difference had a statistically significant difference （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion：Brucine has an obvious analgesic effect and Jiu -fen san has a significant anti -inflammatory effect , they respectively had ad-vantages compared with that of semen strychnine .Brucine has an evident advantage in the analgesic effect and has been expected to further development of analgesic preparation .
