山楂菖蒲饮治疗高脂血症30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察山楂菖蒲饮治疗高脂血症的临床疗效,为食疗防治高脂血症提供临床依据。方法:对确诊高脂血症的30例患者,给予山楂菖蒲饮治疗,疗程为3个月,疗程结束后进行治疗前后中医证候和西医疗效的评定。结果:中医证候改善总有效率为96.7%。血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)治疗前后比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01),甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:山楂菖蒲饮治疗高脂血症疗效显著,并且安全可靠。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of hawthorn calamus drink in the treatment of hyperlipi-demia, so as to achieve diet treatment instead of medication or reduce the dosage of the drug and provide clini -cal basis for diet prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia .Methods：30 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia were diagnosed and hawthorn calamus drink was given to them for three months ,and then evaluate the treat-ment before and after treatment according to syndrome of TCM and curative effect evaluation of western medi -cine.Results：According to the improvement of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine , the total effective rate was 96.7%.Serum total cholesterol （TC）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） before and after treatment had a significant difference （P〈0.01）;triglyceride （TG）, high-density lipoprotein choles-terol （ HDL-C ） before and after treatment had a significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The diet hawthorn calamus drink in the treatment of hyperlipidemia has an obviously therapeutic effect , and it is safe and reliable .
