摘　　要：介绍了焦炭塔的设计结构特点及制造难点,对锥体下料滚制组对成形、裙座与锥体搭接缝的组对焊接、封头接管安装尺寸精度等控制进行了阐述,在分析其结构特点的基础上,调整制造组对顺序并采取相应的保证措施,从而取得了较好的效果。The design features and manufacturing difficulties of the coke tower were introduced .The laying-off,rolling,assembly,forming for the cone,the joint welding of the skirt and cone control are described in detail.Based on analysis of the structure characteristics of the coke tower on the adjustment of manufac -turing group,and take the appropriate measures to ensure the order ,thus achieved good results .
