摘 要:换热器产品中换热管-管板接头的焊接一直是关键工序。针对某余热换热器产品的此类不锈钢接头所采用的伸出式坡口角焊缝结构进行研究,目的是制定合适的自动TIG焊接工艺方案。详细介绍了研究的内容和试验过程,归纳总结出保证焊接质量的关键因素和操作要点,并对优化和改进此类接头坡口设计结构提出了建议。The weld for tube-to-tube sheet joint is usually the key point of technology working proce-dure in heat exchanger vessel .The purpose was to work out suitable auto -TIG welding procedure in this paper ,in allusion to this kind of the tube -to-tube sheet of stainless steel with outside groove -corner joint structure research ,which was designed in one residuary heat exchanger vessel .There are lots of in-formation including detail research content and experimentation process recommended .The key factor and operation skill to ensure the quality of weld were summarized ,and the individual opinion to optimize and improve the joint structure design of groove rationalization were put forward .
