摘　　要：目的:了解我国农村常见病诊疗现状和存在问题,为制定农村常见病诊疗规范与临床路径做好前期准备。方法:采用分级、整群抽样方法,对华北北部区域内的农村医疗单位进行常见病诊疗现状的流行病学调查。结果:农村基层医疗单位常见病的诊疗现状不容乐观,主要存在诊断依据不充分、治疗用药不规范、仪器设备闲置与过度依赖现象并存、双向转诊衔接不畅等方面问题。结论:制定推广适合农村基层医疗单位的常见病诊疗常规与临床路径,是解决如上问题,提高农村基层医疗单位诊疗水平的技术关键。Objective To understand the diagnosis and treatment status and problems of common diseases in rural areas,and to provide preparations for formulating standards of diagnosis and treatment of common diseases and clinical pathway.Methods Classified cluster sampling was used for epidemiological survey of diagnosis and treatment status of common diseases in rural medical units of North China.Results The diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in primary health care units of rural areas was not satisfactory,the problems of which included insufficient diagnostic basis,substandard medication,coexistence of idle equipment and excessive dependence on equipment,poor two-way referral.Conclusions Formulation and promotion of diagnostic standards and clinical pathway of common diseases suitable for primary health care units in rural areas is the key to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment in primary health care units in rural areas.
