摘　　要：浙江省桐庐县建立社区卫生服务站(村卫生室)3年来,承担了全县居民的基本医疗和公共卫生服务。文章主要阐述站(室)在公共卫生服务方面的开展情况和取得的成效,并对站(室)社区医生的构成以及对公共卫生服务的影响作了一些思考。Community health service stations （village clinics） undertook basic medical and public health services of residents in Tonglu county of Zhejiang province since they were set up 3 years ago. This paper mainly expounds develo- ping situation and effectiveness of public health service in health service stations （village clinics）, and reflects on the composition of doctors in health service stations （village clinics） and its influence on public health service.
