摘　　要：文章依据安徽医科大学第一附属医院历年开展志愿服务情况,总结志愿服务现状,发现影响志愿服务可持续开展的若干影响因素,就其原因进行分析,针对这些因素提出改进志愿服务、加强长效化建设的一些建议和措施,以期对志愿服务长效机制建设有所帮助,同时供相关医疗卫生单位借鉴。According to the volunteer service provided in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University over the years,we summarized the status quo of volunteer service,and searched for factors that impact sustainable vol- untary service,then analyzed the possible reasons, and put forward some suggestions and measures to improve long- term volunteer construction,in order to build a long-term mechanism for voluntary service, and to offer reference for relevant health units.
