摘 要:以西气东输三线某站场电驱站冷却水系统调试为例,介绍了该冷却水系统在调试时出现的流量与扬程紊乱且不呈反比关系的问题,通过对提前打压、止回阀、循环水泵、过滤器、电磁流量计和冷却水系统水力过程进行分析,找出问题的原因,并提出了相关解决措施和建议。Taking the cooling water system commissioning proj ect of a station of West to East Gas Pipeline as an example,this paper introduced the problems in the cooling water system commissioning,which meant that the disorder between the flow rate and water head and the rela-tionship between was not inverse proportion.Through the analysis of boosting in advance nonre-turn valve,recycling pump,filter,magnetic flow rate meter,and the hydraulic process of the cool-ing water system,the reasons for the problems were figured out and the corresponding measure and suggest were offered.
