摘 要:根据特种车辆不同型号的前下弧钢板与齿轮室焊接的角度及尺寸要求,设计了特种车辆前桥组合焊接设备。该设备通过齿轮、齿条带动卡盘做轴向移动,齿轮室安装在卡盘上,通过卡盘安装角度保证齿轮室的焊接角度,并通过快速定位夹紧机构及互锁机构保证了齿轮室与前下弧钢板的角度及空间尺寸位置的公差要求,该设备具有定位准确、拆卸方便的特点,从而满足了柔性化生产需要,提高了工作效率。In order to meet the angle and dimension of fore-low arc and gear chamber welding requirements on all sorts of armored vehicles, a kind of combined welding equipment for fore-bridge was desigined. The chuck drives axial movement by gears and movable rack mechanism in this device, which also had a position-set locking mechanism and hand-rolling components. Gear chamber was installed on the chuck, of which install angle was used for making welding properly. Fore-low arc deck was fixed on standoffs for welding. Fast position-set locking mechanism was fitted on the chuck and standoffs to avoid welding deformation. liy optimizing the design of welding equipment, it was reliable and easy to use and unload while it also had an outstanding accurate positioning ability, the angle and dimension tolerance requirements of fore-low arc and gear chamber process was satisfied. In this way, manufacturing level was improved and production efficiency was more higlier.
