摘 要:在不考虑锅炉及其辅助设备的情况下,孤立地对煤粉制备设备进行研究,难以全面且准确获得锅炉系统的特性。为此,基于对制粉系统、锅炉本体及其辅机特性的研究,参考过程型机械系统设计模型的理论及方法,通过抽象过程部件及抽象过程物料建立了制粉系统的通用设计计算模型,并以磨煤机为例给出了过程单元的模型定义和算法,进而建立了面向对象的制粉系统设计计算软件模型。实际应用表明,所研发的软件系统具有优良的通用性和准确性。Studying the coal preparation equipments without considering the boiler and its auxiliary equipment cannot obtain the characteristics of the whole system completely and accurately.Thus, on the basis of research on the characteristics of the pulverizing system,boiler and the auxiliary equipments,the universal calculation software for pulverizing system was developed.Referring to the design model theory and method of process-formed mechanical part,the universal design calculation model was established,by abstracting the concept of "generalized process part"and "generalized material".Moreover,the coal mill was taken as the example to put forward the model definition and algorithm of process part,thus the object-oriented software model of the design calculation software for pulverizing system was established.The engineering applications show that the developed software system has excellent universality and accuracy.
