摘  要:介绍了过载补汽阀的结构及技术特点,以某600MW机组为例,定量分析了过载补汽结构对机组性能的影响。结果表明:采用补汽阀后,机组电功率增加38.949MW,提高约6.40%;但机组热耗率增加约59.2kJ/(kW·h),经济性降低约0.78%;汽轮机高压缸效率下降约1.96%。因此,在夏季或其他用电高峰期,采用补汽阀牺牲微量经济性,以保证机组出力是安全可行的。The additionally supplying steam at overload in large scale steam turbines was presented.Taking a 600 MW unit as the example,the effect of additionally supplying steam structure on the unit performance was quantitatively analyzed.The results show that:after the supplying steam valve was applied,the unit's power efficiency increased by 38.949 MW,about 6.40%growth;but the unit heat consumption rate increased by 59.2 kJ/(kW·h),the economic efficiency reduced by 0.78%;the high pressure cylinder efficiency dropped by 1.96%.Therefore,in summer or other days with high electricity load,using the additionally supplying steam technology is safe and feasible,though it will cause a little decrease in unit economy.
