摘  要:针对某西门子660MW机组轴封系统无喷水减温装置和备用汽源的特点,提出了一种新型蒸汽参数控制策略,即通过对供汽调节阀与溢流调节阀的耦合调节,控制轴封蒸汽压力和采用蒸汽减温代替喷水减温等,在各个工况下实现了对轴封蒸汽参数的自动控制。通过与原控制策略的对比,对存在的控制缺陷给出了改进建议。Against the characteristics of a Siemens 660 MW unit's shaft sealing system which is not equipped with spray attemperator and redundant steam supply,a novel control strategy was put forward.On the basis of coupling pressure regulation with steam supply valve and overflow valve as actuators,the control strategy adopted steam desuperheating instead of spray desuperheating, which achieved automatic control of shaft sealing steam parameters under each working condition.By comparison with the original control strategy,some suggestions were proposed against the defects of existing Siemens control strategy.
