摘  要:分析了目前国内发电机组选择性催化还原技术(SCR)脱硝系统喷氨不均匀的原因,通过对2个机组SCR系统进行喷氨格栅(AIG)优化调整,得到保证氨逃逸值合格时的最大脱硝效率。试验结果表明,AIG优化调整后,脱硝效率为50%时,反应器A侧和B侧出口NOx浓度分布的相对标准偏差分别由31.59%、40.44%下降至9.25%、8.97%;脱硝效率为74.3%时,出口NOx浓度分布相对标准偏差仍可达到9.89%、10.75%。在催化剂投运16 000h后进行的最大脱硝效率试验结果显示,机组600MW负荷时最大脱硝效率由投运初期的87%降低到75%,降低约12%。Reason analysis for nonuniform ammonia spraying in SCR system of domestic power plants at present was carried out.By optimization and regulation for ammonia-inj ection-grid (AIG)of the SCR systems in two power units,the maximum denitration efficiency which can ensure the qualified ammonia escaping value was obtained.The experimental results show that:after the AIG was optimized,with the denitration efficiency of 50%,the relative standard deviation of NOx concentration at outlet of side A and side B of the reactor decreased from 31.59% and 40. 44% to 9.25% and 8.97%,respectively;with the denitration efficiency of 74.3%,the relative standard deviation of NOx concentration at outlet of side A and side B of the reactor can still reach 9.89% and 10.75%.Experiment about the maximum denitration efficiency was performed after the catalyst was put into service for 16 000 hours.The results show that,under 600MW load condition,the maximum denitration efficiency dropped from 87% to 75%,by about 12%.
