摘 要:冲突是由技术系统内部组件间不良作用引起的外在表征。基于组件单元模型建立技术系统的功能模型是实现计算机辅助功能分析的基础。通过技术系统功能有向图的邻接矩阵、可达矩阵可以确定系统内部的平行作用链。消除作用链中的不良作用是解决冲突的关键。以消除不良作用为目标,基于组件单元结构组成,将40个发明原理归类为裁剪、引入资源与组件单元作用及改变组件单元属性3个组件单元操作类型,对应9种具体操作模式。通过多级进阶有向图,划分技术系统组件的级别层次,有助于确定资源分析、结构变化等空间目标。在经典TRIZ冲突解决流程的基础上,研究了基于发明原理的不良作用消除方法,并建立了统一的操作流程。最后,通过游梁式抽油机钢丝绳防锈的工程案例,验证了该方法的有效性。Conflict is the external representation because of the abnormal actions among the components. Function model based on component unit is the key for Computer Aided Function Analysis. Action chain can be gotten by reachability matrix based on directed graph of technical system. Abnormal action solving is the key to resolving the conflicts of the technical system. Component unit attribution changing, resource implementation and trimming are three basic operations based on inventive principles of TRIZ to solve abnormal actions, including 9 specific ways. Multistage directed graph of technical system can help to determine the target elements for resource analysis and structure reforming. The methodology for abnormal action solving by inventive principles based on classical conflicts resolving process of TRIZ are researched. The corresponding process is established. Finally, the effectiveness of the abnormal action solving methodology mentioned above is tested and verified by the technical proposal of the rust-proof for the wire line of the beam pumping unit in oil field.
