基于模块化设计方法的儿童产品设计研究

摘　　要：在了解儿童生理、心理特征的基础上,分析了儿童产品具有生命周期短,功能需求多样化及益智性等特点。结合这些特点和模块化设计方法,探讨了儿童产品引入模块化设计的方法,并分析了产品模块化的设计流程,以儿童滑板车为例,应用模块化设计方法对其进行了改良设计,为儿童产品设计提供参考。Based on the understanding of children＇s physical and psychological characteristics, the features of short lifetime, function demand diversification and intelligence in children＇s products are analyzed. Combined these features with modular design method, the way of introducing modular design method into children＇s product design is discussed, then the procedure of produet modular design is analyzed. Finally, taking children＇s scooter as an example, the modular design method is applied to carry out optimization design, which provides references for children＇s products design.
