摘　　要：介绍了全自动冲压生产线,是集机、电、液及信息技术于一体的大型全自动冲压生产线,由压力机主机、机械手等连线组成,具有高智能化、高精度、高可靠性、高效率、节能、节材等一系列优点,能够提高生产效率和产品质量,减少操作工人数量和占地面积,降低生产成本。阐述了全自动冲压生产线的组成、原理及应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望。Automatic punching production line is a new high-end equipment, has the advantages of high intelligence, high-precision, high reliability, high efficiency, energy conservation and saving materials. Automatic punching production line is a large automatic punching production line gathers to machine, electricity, liquid and information technology in integral whole.Automatic punching production line was composed of Press and Manipulator, widely used in industry of transportation, electronic information, aerospace, communication and household appliances.Improve production efficiency and the quality of the products,to reduce the number of workers and area covered, reduce production cost.Play an exemplary role in industrial upgrading and technical reformation of labor-intensive manufacturing industries.
