摘  要:针对Fenton法造纸废水处理工艺,研究pH值、硫酸亚铁和双氧水加药量等运行参数对CODcr脱除率的影响。通过对比试验确定的最佳运行参数是:进水pH值为5.5、CODcr脱除浓度/双氧水加药浓度比例为0.21,双氧水加药浓度/硫酸亚铁加药浓度比例为0.69,此运行参数可使Fenton工艺的CODcr脱除率达到80%以上,正常情况下出口CODcr可降至50 mg/l以下,色度接近于无色,能够满足新的造纸工业水污染物排放标准的要求。In this paper, for the treatment of papermaking wastewater with Fenton process, the effect of operation parameters including pH value, ferrous sulfate dosage and hydrogen peroxide dosage on CODcr removal efficiency is studied. The optimum operation parameters determined by contrast experiments are:the influent pH value is 5.5,the ratio of CODcr removal to hydrogen peroxide dosing concentration is 0.21, and the ratio of hydrogen peroxide dosage concentration to ferrous sulfate dosing concentration is about 0.69. The operation parameters can make the CODcr removal rate of Fenton process reach more than 80%, CODcr in the effluent be reduced to below 50mg/l under normal circumstances, and the effluent chroma close to colorless, which can meet the new discharge standard of water pollutants for paper industry.
