摘 要:介绍了几种加热方式的特点,阐述了中石化洛阳工程有限公司与中石化齐鲁分公司研究院共同开发的LQSR工艺。该工艺采用齐鲁分公司研究院低温型CLAUS尾气加氢催化剂,该催化剂要求进加氢反应器初期温度为220℃,末期温度为240℃,采用装置自产中压饱和蒸汽加热,电加热器作为催化剂积硫的处理手段及装置运行末期的保障手段。对比分析表明,LQSR节能型低温硫磺回收尾气处理工艺具有工艺流程简单、控制简单、能耗低、对催化剂影响小、投资及占地小等优点。对于采用还原-吸收工艺的大、中型硫磺回收装置应首先考虑采用LQSR节能型低温硫磺回收尾气处理工艺。The features of several heating method are discussed. The LQSR process developed by SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation in cooperation with Research Institute of SINOPEC Qilu Company is described. In this process, the low-temperature CLAUS tail gas hydrogenation catalyst developed by the Research Institute of SINOPEC Qilu Company is applied, which requires 220 ℃ of start of run (SOR) temperature and 240 ℃ of end of run (EOR) temperature. The unit is heated by the MP saturated steam with electric heater as the supplement for treatment of sulfur deposition and the end of run operation. The comparison analysis shows that LQSR energy-saving low-temperature SRU tail gas treatment process offers the advantages of simple process, easy control, low energy consumption, little impact on catalyst, saved in- vestment and small plot area requirement, etc. For the large and medium size sulfur recovery units using reduction-absorption process, LQSR energy-saving low-temperature tail gas treatment process is the first selection.
