摘 要:目的建立再生混凝土塑性损伤模型,对已有试验进行模拟,以验证其本构关系及有限元分析的正确性.方法通过有限元软件ABAQUS建立模型,对三组圆钢管再生混凝土和三组方钢管再生混凝土梁进行有限元分析,研究不同取代率下钢管混凝土梁的受力特性.结果不同再生混凝土取代率对方钢管受弯构件影响较大,而对圆钢管构件影响较小.圆钢管再生混凝土构件受力特性和普通混凝土构件差异不大,故在不同取代率下的计算方法可同普通圆钢管混凝土一样,而对于方钢管再生混凝土则需要根据混凝土约束系数进行修正.结论模拟所得梁跨中弯矩-应变曲线和试验结果吻合较好,证明了模型的正确性.Using the software ABAQUS, a FE plastic damage model of recycled concrete steel tube was built in this paper. Finite element analyses for concrete square and circular tube beams were performed and their mechanical properties by different substitution rates were also studied. Results show that the substitution rate of recycled concrete has a big effect on bending of steel square tube, but a little influence on that of steel circular tube. There are not many differences of mechanical properties between recycled and ordinary concrete steel circular tube. Therefore, the calculation method for ordinary concrete filled circular tube can be used for the recycled one. But for square tube, it must be revised according to the restraint coefficient of concrete. The obtained bendingstrain curves at the middle point of beam agree well with the test curves, which proves correctness of the model.
