摘 要:目的提出一种矿体体积计算方法(积分法),解决采用平行剖面法对同一个矿体体积进行整体计算与分开计算存在差异的问题.方法采用周长投影法对相邻矿体的剖面轮廓线进行三角剖分,建立矿体三维模型.采用一组平行截面剖分矿体,当截面间距逼近零时,矿体薄片的体积之和近似等于矿体的真实体积.结果传统方法和积分法计算矿段体积时结果相差较大,原因是传统的平行剖面法计算矿段体积的原理是采用规则的几何形体的体积近似计算不规则形体体积,而积分法体积基于矿段三维模型的基础上进行,计算体积误差较小,通过积分法计算矿体体积,避免了体积整体计算和分开计算不一致的问题.矿段体积的收敛速度与平行截面间距有关,矿段体积随平行截面间距的减小而收敛.结论笔者提出的方法简单实用,适用性强,易于程序编制.It is well known that there are large calculational differences of ore body volume by different methods, such as the whole method and the separate method of parallel sections. For solving this problem, this paper introduced a integral method for calculation of ore body volume. Using the perimeter projection method and adopting triangulation for adjacent ore body contours, a three dimensional ore body model was established. Then the ore body was subdivided by a group of parallel sections. When the distance between parallel planes approaches zero, the sum of thin slices volumes is approximately equal to the true volume. This paper selected 6 ore blocks, their volumes were calculated by using the traditional methods and the proposed integral method. It is found that the difference of results by two methods is lager. The reason is that the irregular shape volume is approximately replaced by a regular volume with the traditional methods. But the integral method is based on 3D model, so that the more accurate calculation of volume can be obtained. It is also observed that the calculated convergence speed of the ore block volume is relevant with the distance of thin slices. If the distance of thin slices reduces gradually, the calculated result gradually converges. Results indicate that the proposed method is simple, practical to use, easy to program and has good suitability.
