摘  要:目的研究盘锦辽滨沿海经济区能源供应特性和建筑用能特性,以实现区域能源的供需平衡、高效利用和建筑的低碳节能.方法应用综合资源规划方法、典型建筑分类简化法、热储法等方法对辽滨沿海经济区内常规能源、可再生能源和需求侧节约能源的潜力进行分析.结果盘锦辽滨沿海经济区的需求侧节能潜力约为16%,常规能源中天然气的规划可以满足未来发展要求而电力供应可靠性低,太阳能资源潜力约为年发电量100 kW/m2,风能资源潜力约为年发电量650.9 kW·h/m2,生物质能资源丰富,地热能资源潜力约为8.2×1018J,综合资源应用潜力巨大且均达到了应用条件.结论研究结果为盘锦辽滨沿海经济区区域能源规划设计提供了理论与技术依据.This paper studies the energy supply characteristics and architectural features in Liaobin coastal economic zone in order to achieve efficient utilization and balance of supply and demand in regional energy, and to build constructions with low carbon energy. Using the integrated resources planning method and a simplified method of typical building, the potential of conventional resources of energy, renewable energy and the saving energy of demand side are analyzed. Result show that the reliability of power supply in this zone is lower but the natural gas can meet the requirements of future development. The potential of the saving energy of demand side is 16% ;the annual generation capacities of solar potential energy and wind energy are 100 kW/m^2 and 650. 9 kW. h/m^2, respectively. It is observed that the resources of biomass resources are large and the potential resource of geothermal energy is about 8.2 × 10^18J. Conclusion is that potential applications of these renewable resources are huge and should be further developed. The results of this paper can give some theoretical and technical references for development of community energy in Liaobin coastal economic zone
